2. Source of Data

Information regarding hospitality establishments, businesses, and routes displayed in the application is initially sourced from official records in cooperation with local Tourist Boards, Cities, and Municipalities. While the Controller strives for maximum accuracy, we are not responsible for subsequent changes in data, prices, or opening hours made by business owners or third parties.

3. User Registration and Data Processing

• For Business Owners: We collect an official email, password, contact number, and business location. Email and password are used for profile management, while the contact number and location are made public for tourists to facilitate contact and navigation.
• For Tourists: When registering to send an inquiry, we collect your name and email address. This data is shared exclusively with the business owner you are contacting so they can respond to your request.
• Technical Data: The website uses anonymous cookies for traffic analysis to improve user experience.

4. Password Security

All passwords are encrypted (hashed) and are not accessible to the administrator or any third party. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords. The Controller will never ask for your password via email or phone.
